Phone calls aren't coming through to your smartwatch

Make sure call notifications are turned on for your watch in the companion app. Check that Bluetooth is connected, and make sure you don't have Do Not Disturb turned on. Restart both devices if calls still aren't coming through.

Your watch probably just needs the call notification setting turned back on, or Bluetooth needs to reconnect. We'll check the app settings, make sure Bluetooth is connected, and restart everything to get your calls coming through again.
