Smartwatch keeps disconnecting from your phone throughout the day

Your watch and phone's Bluetooth is dropping the connection and not reconnecting automatically. This is caused by interference from other Bluetooth devices, low battery on the watch, or outdated software on either device. Try turning off Bluetooth on your phone completely for 30 seconds, turn it back on, and let the watch reconnect. This fixes it.

Bluetooth connections between your watch and phone are constantly opening and closing as you move around. When one of your watch has a weak Bluetooth radio, old software, or is dealing with interference from other devices nearby, it can't keep a steady connection. The connection drops, and your devices have to reconnect, which is why you miss notifications and the watch acts sluggish. A simple Bluetooth reset fixes it, but if it keeps happening, it's either a software problem that needs updating or interference from other devices.
