Fitness tracker not syncing data to phone app

Your fitness tracker and phone are connected but not syncing data. This is caused by the app not having permission to access your phone, the background sync being disabled, or the app needing to be updated. We will check permissions and turn sync back on.

Fitness trackers sync data through your phone app, but sometimes the connection gets stuck or the app is blocked from talking to your phone's health system. We will check if the app has permission to access your data, turn on background syncing, and make sure the app is current.
