Bluetooth device paired but won't connect to your PC
A paired device that won't connect just needs to be forgotten and paired again. The pairing got corrupted somehow. Removing it completely and starting fresh fixes it in the vast majority of cases.
Pairing and connecting are two separate things. Your device is remembered by Windows but can't actually link up to it. This happens when the pairing information gets corrupted or confused. Removing your device completely and pairing it again from scratch clears out the bad data and gets everything talking again.

- ✓Check if Bluetooth is turned on in Windows. Toggle it off and back on again.
