Stopped getting emails because your mailbox is full

When your email storage is full, new emails stop arriving right away. Empty your Trash and Spam folders first, then delete large emails with attachments you don't need. This frees up enough space to start receiving emails again.

Your email account has a storage limit, and when it's completely full, new messages can't arrive. The fix is straightforward: empty your Trash and Spam folders (deleted emails still count against your limit until you clear them), then delete large emails with attachments you no longer need.

⚡ Before you start
  • Check your storage — in Gmail look at the bottom left of your inbox for a storage bar, in Outlook go to Settings → Account Storage
  • Empty your Trash and Spam folders — these deleted emails still count against your limit until you permanently remove them
  • Look for large emails — in Gmail type larger:5m in the search bar to find emails over 5MB with big attachments

Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step, just tap, no typing needed.
