Outlook is duplicating my sent emails
Outlook duplicates occur when both Outlook and your email server are saving copies of sent messages. Turn off Outlook's save-to-sent setting, and the server will keep the one copy you need.
Outlook saves sent emails locally by default. If you are using an IMAP account, the server also saves a copy automatically. Both saving means you get two copies of everything. Turn off Outlook's local save-to-sent setting so only the server saves one copy.
