Some keys on your laptop keyboard stopped working

Dead keys are either jammed from dust or the physical switch is broken underneath. First check if something is blocking the key, then run a keyboard test to confirm which keys are actually broken. If keys physically click but don't type, you likely need a keyboard replacement.

Laptop keyboards have tiny switches under each key. When one breaks or gets stuck, that key stops working while everything else is fine. You can test which keys are actually broken and clear away dust that can be jamming them, but if the switch itself is damaged, the keyboard will need replacing.
