Action Center or Quick Settings won't open when you click it
The notification system has crashed or gotten stuck. A restart fixes this in almost every case. If it happens again after a restart, we'll repair the Windows system files.
When Action Center won't open or freezes, something in the Windows notification system has crashed. Restarting clears it out. If restarting didn't work, a corrupted file is preventing it from loading — we'll scan and repair those files.
