Age verification keeps failing when you sign up

Most age verification failures come down to the date format or photo quality. Make sure you're entering your birthdate in the exact format the form asks for (like MM/DD/YYYY), and if you're uploading an ID, retake the photo in good lighting with the whole card in frame.
