A strong password is long, unpredictable, and unique to each account. The easiest way to create one you can remember is to use a passphrase — a string of three or four random words. This gives you a password that's 16+ characters long (which is very secure) without needing to remember a jumble of symbols. For accounts you don't need to type regularly, use a password manager to generate and store truly random passwords.
