How to download all your data from an online account
Most major services have a data export tool in your account settings. For Google, use Google Takeout. For Apple, use privacy.apple.com. For Facebook, go to Settings → Your Information → Download Your Information.
You have the right to download a copy of all the data a company has about you. Most big services — Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft — have a self-service tool that packages up your data into a downloadable file, including many services you've forgotten about or no longer use. Smaller companies handle it through their support team. The data comes as a ZIP file you can save to your computer and review at your own pace.
