Google Find My Device isn't finding your phone
Your phone isn't connecting to Google because the internet is off, it's in Airplane mode, or Find My Device is disabled. Go to Settings → Location and turn on Location services, then go to Settings → Google → Manage your Google Account → Security and make sure Find My Mobile is enabled.
Find My Device needs your phone to be online and have Location services enabled. If the service is disabled, your phone is in Airplane mode, or it lost internet, Find My Device can't reach it. The fix usually involves turning on Location, checking internet connection, and making sure Find My Device is enabled in your Google account settings.

- Forgetting to turn on Location services. Find My Device can't locate your phone without this.
- Assuming Find My Device isn't working when really your phone is just offline. It will show when the phone reconnects.
- Not checking the last known location. Even offline, it shows where your phone was when it last had internet.
