Family Sharing invites not working or not showing up

Family Sharing needs each person to have their own Apple ID with two-factor authentication turned on. If invites aren't working, check that everyone has two-factor enabled and you're using a stable internet connection.

Family Sharing lets up to 6 family members share app purchases, storage, and location. But only if everyone meets Apple's security requirements. Each person needs their own Apple ID with two-factor turned on, and the person sending invites needs a valid payment method on file. When invitations fail, it's because one of these requirements isn't met.
