AssistiveTouch not showing or not responding on iPhone

AssistiveTouch is a floating on-screen button that appears when you enable it in Accessibility settings. If it is missing, it is turned off. If it is there but not responding, restart your phone. Enable it or restart and it will work again.

AssistiveTouch is an accessibility feature that adds a soft button to your screen, letting you access functions without pressing physical buttons. When it stops showing or responding, it's either turned off in settings or your phone needs a restart.

⚡ Before you start
  • Make sure AssistiveTouch is turned on in Settings → Accessibility → Touch → AssistiveTouch
  • Know that the button is a small white circle and can appear in any corner of your screen
  • Have a few minutes to wait for the button to appear after enabling it
