iCloud Keychain won't sync your saved passwords to other devices
Either iCloud Keychain is disabled on one of your devices, or the devices aren't connected to iCloud with the same Apple ID. Enabling it on all devices and signing in with the same Apple ID fixes it.
iCloud Keychain stores your passwords and syncs them across all your devices using the same Apple ID. If sync isn't working, either Keychain is disabled on one device, or you're signed into different Apple IDs.
