Weather app shows forecast for wrong location

Either Location Services is turned off for the Weather app, or the app is using a manually saved location instead of your current location. Turning on location access and switching to current location fixes it.

The Weather app can work two ways: it can use your actual GPS location, or it can use a manually saved city. If it's stuck on a saved location, you need to switch it back to using your real location.
