Contact Poster not showing when you call someone
Contact Poster only shows if the person calling has set one up in their iPhone and you have the latest phone number in your contacts for them. Make sure you're running the latest iOS and that their number is saved correctly in your contacts. If it's still not showing, they haven't set up a Contact Poster on their iPhone yet.
Contact Poster is a feature that shows a custom photo and background color when someone calls you. But this only works if they've set one up on their iPhone. If you're not seeing it, it's because the caller hasn't created a Contact Poster yet, you have an old phone number saved, or your iOS is out of date. We'll check all three.
