True Tone not available or greyed out
True Tone requires special hardware that not all iPhones have. Check what model iPhone you have first. If your model supports True Tone, try restarting your iPhone. That fixes it.
True Tone is a display feature that uses special sensors to detect what color light is around you and automatically adjusts your screen to match it. Warm, orange-tinted lighting makes your screen warmer. Cool, blue-tinted lighting makes your screen cooler. Not all iPhone models have the sensors needed for True Tone.
