Stop iMessages from appearing on your other Apple devices
Turn off iCloud sync for Messages. Go to Settings → your name at the top of the screen → iCloud, find Messages, and turn the toggle off. Your iPhone keeps all messages, but they won't sync to your Mac or iPad anymore.
Messages sync across your Apple devices because you're signed into the same Apple ID. Turning off iCloud sync for Messages stops this synchronization. Your iPhone keeps all your messages, but your Mac and iPad won't see new ones.
