iPhone not ringing for incoming calls, custom ringtone not working
Your iPhone can be on silent mode or Do Not Disturb is blocking calls. Check the mute switch on the side of your phone, turn off Do Not Disturb, and make sure your ringtone is set. Then have someone call you to test it.
Your iPhone won't ring if the silent switch is on, Do Not Disturb is enabled, or your ringtone volume is set to zero. We'll check each of these and get your phone ringing again so you don't miss calls.
