iPhone photos aren't syncing to iCloud
Photos won't sync without WiFi or if iCloud Photos is turned off. First, make sure your iPhone is connected to WiFi. Then go to Settings → Photos and check that iCloud Photos is on. If it's already on, turn it off and back on again. This restarts the sync and fixes it.
iCloud Photos needs a WiFi connection and to be enabled on your iPhone to sync. Sometimes the sync process gets stuck and needs a restart. If your WiFi is off or iCloud Photos is disabled, nothing will upload. We'll check your WiFi connection, enable iCloud Photos, and make sure you have storage space.
- ✓Check that your iPhone is connected to WiFi. Photos won't sync on cellular data alone
- ✓Check Settings → Photos and look for the iCloud Photos toggle. It must be on
- ✓Check that you have at least 1GB of iCloud storage free. No sync happens if storage is full
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step, just tap, no typing needed.
