iPhone Personal Hotspot isn't working or isn't visible
First check that your cellular plan includes hotspot capability. Some plans don't. Then toggle Personal Hotspot off and on in Settings. If still not working, restart your iPhone and call your carrier to confirm hotspot is enabled.
