Bluetooth device won't pair with your computer
Make sure Bluetooth is on on both your device and computer, your device is in pairing mode, and you're within 30 feet of each other. If pairing still fails, forget your device and try pairing again from scratch.
Bluetooth pairing fails because Bluetooth is off, your device isn't in pairing mode, you're out of range, or there's old pairing data getting in the way. A fresh pairing with both devices nearby fixes it.
