Your Bluetooth headphones are connected to the TV but there's no audio
Connected headphones with no audio means the TV's volume is muted or set to zero, or the audio output is switched to the speakers. Go to Sound settings and check that the volume is turned up and the output is set to Headphones, not Speakers.
Bluetooth headphones are just a wireless audio output. They only work if the TV is actually sending audio to them. The most common reason for silence is that the TV's volume is turned down or the audio output is switched to the TV speakers.
