Just clicking is not dangerous. The real risk comes from what you did after clicking. If you closed the page immediately and entered nothing, your risk is very low.

Clicking a link is safe. The danger is entering information, downloading files, or calling phone numbers. If you closed the page right away and typed nothing, the risk is low. A quick check of your Downloads and a security scan will tell you whether anything was installed.
