Face ID or fingerprint login not working for your account
Biometric login needs to be turned on in both your phone's settings and the app's settings. Check the app first. Go to its settings and make sure biometric login is turned on. If it is, try turning it off and back on again to reset it.
Biometric login (Face ID, fingerprint, Windows Hello) stops working when the setting gets turned off after an update, when the app needs to re-confirm your identity, or when your biometric data needs to be re-registered. The fix is to check the biometric setting in both your phone and the app, then toggle it off and on again.
- ✓Make sure your phone or computer screen and biometric sensor (camera or fingerprint reader) are clean
- ✓Have your account password ready
- ✓Know which app you're trying to log in to — you'll need to check its settings separately from your phone's settings
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step, just tap, no typing needed.

- Not checking the app's own biometric setting. It's separate from your phone's biometric settings.
- Trying biometric login with dirty fingers or a smudged camera. Clean the sensor first.
