You lost your account recovery codes
Log in to your account and go to your security settings. Find the two-factor authentication section and generate new recovery codes. The old codes stop working as soon as you create new ones. Save the new codes in a password manager or print them out.
Recovery codes are your safety net for when you lose access to your two-factor authentication method. If you've lost yours, you can generate new ones from your account's security settings. Do this now while you're logged in and have access — don't wait until you need them in an emergency.
