Browser bookmarks not syncing between your devices
Make sure you're signed in to the same browser account on all your devices and that sync is turned on. In Chrome, go to Settings → Sync and make sure Bookmarks is checked. In Safari, go to Settings → [Your name] → iCloud → Safari and turn it on.
Browser bookmarks sync through your browser account (Google for Chrome, Apple ID for Safari, Firefox account for Firefox). If they're not syncing, either sync is turned off, you're signed in to different accounts on different devices, or sync is paused. Checking the sync settings on both devices fixes it.
