Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons

Apple disabled your account to protect it from someone breaking in. A failed login, unusual location, or suspicious activity triggered it. You'll unlock it by proving your identity on Apple's website. It takes about 10 minutes and you'll be back in.

Apple locked your account to protect it from someone else getting in. They need you to prove it's really you before they'll unlock it. You'll prove your identity using your recovery key, a trusted device, or your recovery email address. Once Apple confirms it's you, your account unlocks and you're back to normal.
