iPhone not charging on wireless charger

The iPhone and charger aren't making good contact or the charger isn't powered. Remove any thick case or metal accessories, place the iPhone in the center of the charger, and check that the charger is plugged in. This fixes it.

Wireless charging requires a strong connection between your iPhone and the charger. Thick cases, metal objects, or a charger that's not powered can block the connection. We'll check all the basics and your iPhone will charge again.
