Printer is printing blank pages

Blank pages mean either your ink or toner is out, or the print heads are clogged with dried ink. Check your ink or toner level in the printer's settings — if levels are low, replace the cartridge. If levels are fine, run a cleaning cycle from your printer's menu to unclog the heads.

Blank pages happen when the ink or toner isn't reaching the paper. This is because the cartridge is empty, the toner is depleted, or the print heads are dried out and need cleaning. We'll check your ink or toner supply, run a cleaning cycle if needed, and get your printer producing text again.
