Replies work but new emails won't send
When replies work but new emails fail, your email app is using different outgoing settings for new messages than for replies. The From address, outgoing server, or authentication settings are configured differently.
Your email app can send replies, which means the account itself works. New messages use a different outgoing path that's misconfigured or blocked. We'll find which setting is different and fix it.

- Keep clicking Send on the same stuck message — this doesn't help, clear the Outbox first
- Assume the account is suspended — if replies work, the account is fine
- Delete and re-add the account without knowing your password — you'll need it to sign back in
