Your alias is either not fully activated or emails to it are landing in spam. Check your email settings to make sure the alias is turned on, then check your spam folder. The missing emails are likely there.
Email aliases give you extra addresses that all deliver to the same inbox. When an alias stops receiving, it's because the alias isn't activated, emails are being caught by your spam filter, or the alias settings got changed. Fixing it takes a couple of minutes in your email settings.
