Not receiving emails from your account provider

Check three things: your account has the right email address, your spam folder (the emails are there), and your mailbox isn't full. Fixing one of these solves it.

When emails from your account provider aren't arriving, it's because the email address on your account is wrong, the emails are going to spam, or your mailbox is full. The fix is straightforward. Check the email address, look in spam, and free up space if needed.
