Charged twice for the same subscription

Check your account to see how many active subscriptions you have. If there's only one, the duplicate charge will refund automatically within 3–5 business days. If you see two active subscriptions, cancel the extra one and ask for a refund.

Double subscription charges happen when a payment goes through twice — either because you tapped the pay button twice or the payment system glitched. Your account should only have one active subscription. The duplicate charge refunds automatically but if it doesn't come through within a week, contact support.
