Subscription auto-renewed and you didn't expect it

Auto-renewal means the subscription charges you again when the current period ends. Cancel the subscription right now in your account settings to stop the next charge, then ask the company for a refund if the renewal happened in the last few days.

Free trials and subscriptions automatically renew and charge you when the trial ends. The charge surprised you because you forgot about the trial or didn't realise you'd signed up. We'll show you how to cancel it and ask for a refund if you're within the refund window.
